Dragon Age: Inquisition won 2014 with 139 of 441 tracked Game of the Year awards — 31.5%, and the top spot in 25 of 41 countries. But a global majority is not a global consensus: 16 countries handed their most awards to something else, and 19 different games won at least one country outright. In Norway, Dragon Age: Inquisition did not receive a single award.
